Research On Labor Security Supervision System For Migrant Workers In Dongguan City

"Promote the realization of higher quality of employment" is proposed in the seventh part of the 18 th Party Congress text "in improving the livelihood of the people and innovation in social management to strengthen social construction".Labor and employment in our country has been the focus of building a harmonious society.Dongguan,a migrant workers gathering place.It is the focus of the work of Dongguan municipal government,as how to strengthen management,to service the group,to protect the legitimate rights and interests,to create a harmonious labor relations.Exploring the problems of labor supervision and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and put forward for the migrant workers,the research object of this paper,in Dongguan.Through research and access to relevant literature,this paper first describes the basic situation of labor security system,analyzes the characteristics of migrant workers in Dongguan,and then researches labor security supervision system and mode of Dongguan,through the data statistics,comparative analysis,the main characteristics of Dongguan labor monitoring and brings us the enlightenment,and then according to the actual situation of Dongguan labor supervision and management of Dongguan labor supervision.
