The Application Of Critical Chain Schedule Management In The U Group Cold Chain Monitoring System

With the coming of the information age,IT technology gradually develops into the various fields of national business activities,so IT professional companies should provide better services and products.With the increase in IT projects,the delay in progress of the project often happen.How to use effective schedule management method for IT project is an urgent problem to be solved at present.The main topic of this paper is based on the schedule management of Critical Chain Technology,and it is applied to U group cold chain monitoring project.Firstly,I study the progress management and Critical Chain technology methods,theory and development history.Then I use the U cold chain monitoring project as the research object,Secondly,I do the U cold chain monitoring project early schedule management problems first summarized,reanalyzed,find the key issues.Thirdly,a schedule management plan based on key chain technology is designed for the project schedule management.And then use the plan into the U cold chain project implementation,to solve the impact of the main issues of progress management.Finally,summarize the research results of this paper,put forward the direction of future research.The focus of this paper is to use the duration reduction fac tor to remove the safety time in each process,use the three elements of the position factor,risk preference,and safety time to calculate the size of the buffer,using the progress control matrix based on the earned value method as a tool to monitor and control the use of the implementation of the buffer zone.The research results of this paper provide examples and reference for solving problems in other IT projects with multi-task parallelism,resource shortage,request change and difficulty of schedule monitoring.
