Project schedule delay is a major bottleneck restricting the success of the project. Thetraditional project schedule management has become more and more difficult to cope withthe increasingly complex project environment. More and more enterprises are usingcritical chain method. From the characteristics of the critical chain theory, analyse the causes of scheduleproblems of current mobile phone projects to discuss the feasibility of critical chainschedule management. According to the characteristics of mobile phone project, discussthe critical chain schedule management in multi project environment based on mobilephone. In the multi project priority strategy, using two steps priority strategies on projectpriorities, and proposed grouping strategy based on priority, simplify resource allocationresource conflict of multi project. The buffer size setting, this paper put forward to predictthe current project each process safety time overhead by regression equation. In the bufferinsertion, is presented in this paper based on the optimization of feeding buffer size andtake into account the capacity constraint buffer multi project buffer insertion method. Thispaper presents the buffer rendering consumption curve based on progress monitoring, according to the actual consumption curve and the change trend of reference based on thebaseline, take corresponding measures, more timely and reasonable than the traditionalmethod. Finally, through the example of management environment progress a mobilephone multi project, further illustrate points method and in the actual operation, and thecritical chain schedule management model is effective and its value, laid the foundationfor the model used in the mobile phone or R&D projects.
