Abstract/Summary:
ATM industry communication,navigation,monitoring and automation equipment installation construction is generally longer duration,process is relatively complex,and the equipment investment construction has a wide geographical area,the construction of a wide variety of content,the technical requirements of the complex characteristics in the project cost control,once the cost change,will make the project contract change.If the project cost control measures can not be implemented,it will affect the continued implementation of the contract,and even suffer greater economic losses.On the basis of guaranteeing the quality of project completion,it is the core objective of this paper to strengthen project cost control and improve the economic and social benefits of ATC engineering company.According to the topic,the recent one hundred years at home and abroad on cost control and earned value method of literature,dig the essence and application of precision algorithm of the model,taking SHHD company as the research object,discusses the traditional method of cost control and project schedule cost to step control etc,expounds the steps and methods of earned value the application of the method,combined with the Shandong Weihai International Airport runway 02 additional instrument landing system(P)project contract to install the actual cases,respectively using the traditional earned value and two level earned value method,the paper analyzes two detailed process of earned value calculation algorithm,a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the earned value method,through the relevant data three basic indexes of BCWS,BCWP,ACWP comparison,to determine the deviation degree of project cost and the actual completion of plan cost objectives,forecast future projects The development trend of the project timely and effectively take targeted control measures,to solve the problems of traditional cost control metho ds exposed by the SHHD company.Finally,let Air traffic control equipment installation project cost and schedule control and compared before and after the application of the method of cost and schedule control effect,achieved good economic benefits.In this paper,the main research methods are normative research method,case study method and questionnaire method,to explore the application of earned value method to install the actual project construction project in the air traffic control equipment,and two provided by traditional earned value method to the cost / schedule synchronization centralized control accounting system for air traffic control engineering company and other navigation equipment installation project,comparative study on the two the project manager can seize implementation status of two sub project cost control,and take effective measures to rectify deviation may occur,for example,establish and improve rules and regulations,strengthen the cost consciousness,establish internal performance evaluation sys tem,to fully mobilize the enthusiasm,scientific cost check.In order to develop and implement SHHD in the future installation of construction project cost plan,this project selected 20 experts in the field of civil aviation and the director of field interviews,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the cost control effect evaluation theory is first applied in ATC construction engineering equipment installation,with strong innovation,rigorous and effective evaluation after the project is necessary.This thesis has done some research in theory and practice,but it is not deep enough.In the future,we should try to grasp the relevant theories and knowledge of project management,and continue to study and explore in the field of project cost control.
