Research On Cold Chain Logistics Organization Model Based On System Dynamics

With the development of social economy and the quickening pace of work and life,people's demand for fresh and frozen food has been growing.However,in China nearly hundreds billion of agricultural products loss annually due to normal temperature storage,circulation,initial processing and sales in distribution process.Meanwhile there is a potential security threat in the primary cold chain distribution.Therefore,it is of great realistic significance to study the cold chain logistics.This paper starts from the current situation of cold chain logistics in our country,and finds out the existing problems and the fundamental causes of the cold chain.Based on the existing domestic operating model,it compares three operation modes of the cold chain: the supplier direct distribution,middle enterprise self-distribution and common distribution.As the first two modes obviously have problems such as mutual exclusion between distribution entities,non-cooperation,low utilization efficiency of distribution resources,a symmetric sharing information,broken link during distribution process,uneven distribution of facilities,low level of standardization of packaging containers,transport vehicles,cold storage tray and other distribution facilities and equipment,uneven sharing of benefits etc.As a result,we should actively promote the common distribution mode,which is conducive to achieving a whole process of cold chain.This paper uses the system dynamics method to construct the cause and effect circuit diagram of cold chain logistics,and describes the cause and effect relationship of each factor in detail.In order to distinguish the property of different variables and more intuitively descript the logical relationships between these internal and external systems variables,it changes the circuit diagram into the SD flow chart.And by changing the different parameters of the indicators and combined with the study data,it analyzes the influence of the different technical indicators on the system.Finally,this paper proposes some recommendations for improvement from the information sharing,mutual cooperation and close link.
