| With the continuous development of the global economy,the pattern of global enterprise competition has become increasingly fierce.The industrial civilization of human society started from the first industrial revolution and came to the present "industrial 4.0 model".Among them,in addition to the emergence of a growing number of industrial enterprises,there have been a group of fast consumable enterprises which are closely related to our daily lives.With the double promotion of “Face Score Economics" and the Internet plus era,Chinese cosmetics industry for nearly 8 years to maintain an average annual double-digit growth,at the same time also spawned a group has the ability to attack the international brands in the domestic cosmetics enterprises.Under the trend of personalized consumer demand,the flexible management mode and rapid market adaptability are the important reasons for the rapid growth of these local cosmetics enterprises.However,under the flexible operation of the whole line of online and offline,the terminal distribution capacity is insufficient,the cost of logistics units is too high,and the supply chain problems also plague these rapidly rising local brand enterprises.The logistics distribution center as an important node of the supply chain,connecting terminal distribution and regional inventory,more and more local cosmetics enterprises to pay attention to the basic aspects of the supply chain,and find the distribution center design and operation mode to adapt to the.Based on the above,the research group by AHP and fuzzy evaluation of the combination,and construct the corresponding evaluation model,the cosmetics channel management of local enterprises as the research object,an empirical research on the enterprise location in the distribution center design area,influencing factors should be considered,and how to choose the optimal scheme of alternative scheme.The main contribution of this study lies in:(1)the relevant academic research are based on the static environment,and the business model relative to a single enterprise,this research has made the problem of how to design the regional distribution center for cosmetics business channel management online and offline gap.(2)the design of logistics distribution center to provide valuable guidance for the same type of enterprises,through the analysis on key factors influencing the location of guide enterprises targeted to improve and enhance the ability of the enterprise,to help companies efficiently and quickly,and successfully targeted the location of distribution center,and thus enhance the competitiveness and improve supply chain performance. |
