Research On Location Selection Of Tea Logistics Distribution Center In Huanggang City

Tea is a common healthy drink in the leisure life of the people in our country.With the improvement of living standards.people's consumption of tea and related requirements are also increasing.The increase in tea sales makes the tea industry provide services for tea logistics.Demand also shows an upward trend.The production volume of tea in China is large.There are problems in the tea industry such as scattered operation,high transportation costs,and low distribution efficiency.The logistics distribution center is an important node in the tea logistics network.which has an important influence on the transportation and distribution of tea.The entire tea logistics system plays an important role[1].Therefore,the research on the location of the tea logistics distribution center has important practical significance in improving the tea logistics efficiency and reducing the tea logistics cost.Firstly,the dissertation combs the relevant researches on the location of logistics distribution center both at home and abroad.and generalizes the concept,classification.function and significance of logistics distribution center;tea logistics distribution center and its location selection theory.Analyzed the principle,influence factors,process,and precautions of the location of the tea logistics distribution center.Secondly,the two models of tea logistics distribution center location were proposed and introduced in detail.One of them is a discrete location model based on the principle of minimum cost;the other is the location model of AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,an empirical study was conducted in conjunction with the specific conditions in Huanggang City.The paper uses two kinds of location models to model separately,comprehensively considers different needs and priorities,assigns different weights to the two models,and obtains an ideal distribution center location that matches the actual situation of the tea industry in Huanggang City.The construction and solution of the location model for the tea logistics distribution center is a key part of the thesis.China has a wide variety of teas,and has a large social demand.It also has hygroscopicity,aging,brittleness,and pressure.It needs to be stored in a dry place.In addition,the production and demand points of tea are scattered.The paper comprehensively considered various factors such as transportation costs,land prices,variable costs,economic benefits,social benefits,and infrastructure conditions in the construction of the site selection model.In the process of empirical analysis of the location of the tea logistics distribution center in Huanggang city,through the calculation of the cost of each alternative location and the comprehensive evaluation value,and according to different needs and priorities to give different weights to the two models,the final determination of tea logistics in Huanggang City Distribution center location.
