Quality Management Of Economic Census Statistical Data In G District,Z City

Economic census is an important survey of national conditions and national strength to understand China's industrial organization,industrial structure,industrial technology and the composition of various production factors.It is not only an important survey of government statistical work,also is the important of government functions,but the current Z city G area economic census work or management system by statistical mechanism weakening,desalination of sector statistics and statistical supervision strength weak,the results did not make full use of the factors influencing quality of census data also failed to achieve high quality requirements.As a systematic and complex census,this paper G Z city area economic census statistics data quality management problems encountered in research analysis,put forward the countermeasures to promote the census statistics of the quality management level,from the problems of economic census deep G Z city district government statistical data quality problems,targeted to study and put forward related Suggestions.In this paper,the basic principles of total quality management theory,statistical error theory and digital governance theory are comprehensively applied,and the theory is connected with the practice.According to the data quality management problems encountered in the economic census in G district of Z City,literature research method,case analysis method,investigation analysis method,questionnaire analysis and other research methods are comprehensively adopted.Combined with my own working experience,this paper analyzes some thorny problems existing in the quality management of government statistical data in the economic census of G district,Z City.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis,introduced economic census,statistical data quality management,statistical data quality related concepts and total quality management theory,statistical error theory,digital governance theory.The third part is the current situation of quality management of economic census statistical data in G district of Z City.Through the evolution of data quality policy,data quality management organization and data quality management mechanism,it introduces the current situation of quality management of economic census data in G District of Z City.The fourth part is the main problems of statistical data quality management in the economic census in G district,Z City.The paper points out that the main problems of data quality management in G District,Z City are non-standard statistical data process,imperfect statistical work plan design,lax statistical data quality control and poor availability of statistical data.The fifth part analyzes the causes of the quality management problems of statistical data in the general economy of G District,Z City,and analyzes the quality management problems of statistical data from the aspects of statistical review and investigation mechanism,communication mechanism between departments,data management and guarantee system construction,and integration and utilization of statistical results.The sixth part puts forward relevant countermeasures for the quality management of statistical data in the economic census in G district of Z City,and points out that to improve the quality of data management,it is necessary to standardize the statistical process and improve the responsibility system,strengthen the coordination and sharing mechanism between departments,strengthen the legal guarantee and improve the construction of the team,and improve the statistical results and improve the statistical services.
