Study On The Pathway For Improving Quality Of Governmental Statistical Data Under The Background Of Big Data

With the in-depth development of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and the increasing popularity of big data applications,it not only provides a strong impetus for improving statistical productivity,reforming statistical production methods,and reshaping statistical production relations,but also causes challenges for authority?productivity and service capacities of government statistics.However,the current statistical quality construction has not yet fully utilized the development results of modern information technology,and cannot meet the new needs of statistical modernization.This article takes the quality of statistical data as the research object,taking the actual work of statistics in H Province as an example,using new public management theory,public product(goods)theory,service-oriented government theory,and literature research methods,to analyze the status,on the basis of affirming the current status of statistical data quality work in H Province under the background of big data,analyzing the problems of data quality,pointing out three aspects: difficult to control source data,incomplete statistical data review and comparison mechanism,and insufficient statistical data quality inspection efforts.Correspondingly,it analyze three reasons: for the lack of a solid foundation in statistics,insufficient use of big data in data check and inadequate responsibility for preventing and punishing statistical fraud by statistical agencies.Combining with successful experiences of other local governments in the statistical application of big data,it finally puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to improve information of government statistical quality under the background of big data,.Firstly,strengthen basic construction of statistics.Secondly,using big data to improve the quality of statistical data:,such as establishing data thinking concept,establishing and perfecting statistical big data standard system,improving statistical information system and mechanism,using cloud computing technology to build information basic resources,and training high-quality statistical information talents.Finally,statistical shall implement responsibility for preventing and punishing statistical fraud measures to help high-quality development.
