Research On The Multi Agent Coordination Of Real Estate Development

The intension of population aging issue has brought new problems and challenges to our country’s pension industry.In this context,the development of pension real estate industry has become the basic protection to improve the elderly’s living quality as well as their physical condition.The development of the old-age real estate is affected by many factors,such as the main body,the game and the synergistic problem.Therefore,it is necessary apply the multiagent game and the collaborative research perspective in the research.This paper will select the multi-agent system composed of the government,real estate enterprises,investors,service operators and demand parties,which are the most closely related to the development process of the old-age real estate.It mainly focuses on the relationship among main parties during the process,based on which to provide theoretical support China’s pension industry development.The framework of this paper would be question-asking,analyzing and problem-solving respectively.The paper will firstly review both domestic and foreign literature relating to the development of old-age real estate and multi-agent coordination,analyze the current situation of the development of China’s pension industry and the problems existing in multi-agent cooperation,and put forward the existing problems.This paper explores the multi-agent coordination path of promoting the healthy development of the old-age real estate by studying the interrelationship between the stakeholders in the development of the old-age real estate development.Secondly,taking the game theory and the synergetics as the theoretical basis,the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods would be applied.to define the subject of the multi-agent system of the old-age real estate,the role of the subject,the inter-subject game,and the cooperative relationship.On this basis,the game theory and cooperative model are used to construct the multi-agent behavioral game model by using game theory and synergetics.The research of this paper will provide theoretical basis for the mutual cooperation and coupling between the multi-subjects in the development of the Pension real estate,which will help to promote the dynamic coordination among the multi-subjects and promote the positive development of the pension market.
