| By 2014,China’s auto production has been in a row first in the world for 6 years.China’s automobile industry has also showed vigorous development trend.In order to meet the demands of the market and the needs of business development and also achieve the goal of company production across millions,raising the production capacity has become the inevitable choice of J.As the key procedure of the automobile production,the formulation,implementation and the effect of the painting production line expansion plan also will directly influence the realization of the company economic benefits.This paper focuses on the expansion plan for painting production line,puts forward the conditions and principles of the extension plan by analyzing the technical level of the paint line,the production capacity of the company and the demands of the market.With the principles of the expansion plan as the theory basis,it also provides the guiding ideology for the establishment of the subsequent expansion plan by using ECRS and 5M1 E principles in the industrial engineering theory.According to the platform of the expansion production program,the paper analyzes the paint line chain speed and pitch of each process,and researches the different processes of paint line respectively.It first analyzes the existing conveying equipment JPH,and plans the conveying equipment expansion.By adjusting process content of the process line and extending the length of process line,realize the expansion of the process line.The part about the robot line configuration is focus on the analysis of the required number of robots.It uses ECRS principle to solve the disposition problem of the painting line.By using the method of job analysis,it makes plan for the job content,staff number and the working environment to solve the homework problems of the artificial line after the expansion.It also shows the number of storage area and layout.Based on the above research contents,it puts forward the expansion plan flow chart and layout.The content about the quality assurance of the expansion project is from the analysis of the project schedule management,the installation,debugging and quality management of the equipments and product quality management,it also using the principle of 5M1 E to discusses the problems existing in the solution.At last,this paper proposes using the indexed method of managing and evaluating the expansion and it has good guidance and practical significance for quantifying the effect of expansion plan. |
