With its large scale,Food industry has taken an important part in economy in China.It is also closely related with people's living quality and health level.In recent years,the food industry grows rapidly in China,and the products are to be more diverse,qualified,functional and high-tech.Meanwhile,with both the improvement of income and the transition of life style for urban residents,the dietetic consumption patterns and concept of the 80's and the 90's are changing sharply in the first and part of second tier cities of our country.They prefer to choose simple,convenient and fast food.Yishi Group Co.,ltd.(Yishi Share for short),as a listed company who firstly put the air catering as its main business in China,its principal activity is catering for the aviation and railway,etc.For the limited growth of the passengers of aviation,it is hard for Yishi Share to expand the catering business scale.In order to satisfy the high-return meets of the shareholders,Yishi Share should open up the market situation quickly,it is also in urgent need of its strategic transformation.At the same time,Yishi Share should make full use of their own advantages,seize every opportunity in Group Dinner market,so that they can get rid of constrains from others,and step into a broader market.This thesis introduces the background and significance of Yishi Share's business transformation firstly;then,it analyses the strategic transformation theory;it also puts forward the motivation and the necessity as why Yishi Share needs transformation on account of the current situation of Yishi Share,the catering market in the food industry,the situation and tendency of the central kitchen;finally,this paper proposes the strategy transformation objectives and the development priorities based on the above information,and refers to the thoughts and measures of the strategic transformation including an analysis of the key points for them in detail.It finishes by recognizing the transformation planning scheme.
