Study On The Development Strategy Of JiBei Electric Power Co.Ltd.

With the new economic norm and a new round of electricity reform,power grid companies in China are faced with more severe competition and challenge.In the face of changing external environment,the increasingly fierce electricity competition and development opportunities,it is an important significance for this companies to grasp market opportunity,give full play to the advantages,overcome difficulties,reduce from external threats and attacks,and enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness.The object of this research is JiBei Electric Power Co.Ltd(hereafter called JiBei)that is China's large state-owned Power Grid Corp,the main research framework of comprehensive strategic management is model of Fred R.David.At first this article briefly introduced the research background,summarizes the development course of the domestic and international electric power reform and JiBei internal reform requirements,expounds the purpose and significance of the research project.As the basic content of application research,analysis of business environment enterprises occupy a larger space.In the analysis of the overall environment,using PEST to the enterprise macro environment are analyzed in brief,using Porter's five forces model of enterprises of the industry environment and competition situation analysis,scaning through the external environment,analyze the opportunities and challenges facing.Through internal research and analysis,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of JiBei.Studying the conjoint analysis of company's strategic choice with the SWOT,the company should adopt the diversification development strategy(st),makes clear the strategic implementation safeguard measures,the implementation of dynamic strategic management strategies and continuous innovation.
