| In order to solve the outsourcing delivery delays of the inertial navigation products in recent years,according to the characteristics of military enterprise,the high spec.of inertial navigation products,the complexity of outsourcing parts and the large quantities of related accessories.Also,the current situations of supplier management has been presented systematically including the characteristics of these military enterprises production,and the main problems in the enterprise purchasing management and supplier management has been analyzed deeply,which defines the main content of this thesis.To establish the supplier evaluation system suited to the characteristics of this enterprise and strategic partnership oriented supplier relationship management,the specific evaluation indicators for vendors' selection were built according to the production,supply,quality,purchasing,responsiveness and others,and then preferred suppliers were selected via fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP);suppliers can be divided into three categories from the tech,parts quality and production effect.The suppliers will be classified as class A,which seriously impact on normal production and delivery on time for the military enterprise;The suppliers will be classified as class B,which certainly impact on normal production and delivery on time for the military enterprise;The suppliers designated by military and the design drawings will be classified as class C.Strengthening business relationship with all kinds of suppliers,develop a strategic partnership.At last,through the actual case to validate the proposed measures and determine measures are valid. |
