Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China's manufacturing has entered the pace of internationalization and globalization.The world economy is gradually developing towards regionalization and integration.The market competition is intensifying and the market environment are facing challenges.The core competitiveness among enterprises is in a dominant position in the marketplace.Whether enterprise can be selected qualified suitable suppliers has become a key point.Today,many manufacturing enterprise take their core businesses focus on product design and sales;on the contrary,they outsource non-core businesses such as manufacturing,production and packaging.However,suppliers are always take a critical impact on the overall production management.How to conduct the supplier's selection,obtain stable supply with high-quality raw materials,and it is very critical for development and healthy operation.Therefore,how to systematically and rationally select suppliers must establish a standardized process to maintain long-term stable strategic suppliers through professional research tools and methods,which has become the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,this is critical for SLH.In view of the above background,the core theme is focuses on how to conduct supplier selection,based on the actual production and operation of SLH,discusses the current supplier selection process of SLH and analyzes it.Through the detailed classification management of the product characteristics,improved internal process of the SLH,and applied the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)conduct a comprehensive scientific and reasonable evaluation of the supplier.Base on the actual case analysis application was carried out and implementation of the AHP.Combined with the research in the article,it helps SLH to make scientific selection of reasonable suppliers,and provides reasonable scientific foundation to support supplier management,thus achieve the sustainable development of SLH's supplier selection.The supplier selection optimization in this paper shows that the optimized supplier selection solution can not only help SLH to select supplier more objectively and scientifically,but also help integrate global supply resource,enhance the company's core competitiveness,achieve sustainable development and create more value-added services and value for customers;at the same time,it also provides some reference and theoretical basis for other medical device companies when they start to conduct supplier selection.
