The current mapping industry products reflect the precision,automation,intelligent,systematic characteristics,product development work is related to optical,mechanical,electronics,software,etc.,so a new product development from design to commercialization is a heavy work,now we need a new management method to shorten project schedule.Using new management method is to enhance company management level,and making the product development level is consistant with management,and optimizing our management idea.Additional we can make project management idea to spread in company by using detail project management method,and when we need resouse we can receive firstly,and making our new product to market as soon as possible.In many theories and methods of project schedule management,consider generally: the critical chain method based on a more comprehensive theory of constraints is to be considered more widely used in practice.In the really daily work,the utilization of resources is impossible to maintain a balance,but the progress of the project is affected by little part of the resource,rather than be affected by all the resources.The little resourse is called a bottleneck resource,when utilization of bottleneck resources is higher,the project schedule will be faster,when in turn the result will be bad.Above is the key chain method totally thinking process.I am responsible for company new product development,and responsibility of result.Through studying and look up relevant documents,and analyzing issues in the project management aspect,finally I propose using the key chain method to manage project schedule and to optimize project management system of company.And using the method we can make project work is finished in advance.
