On the basis of the automotive engine management system project,this paper analyses the background and practical significance of the project and the necessity of study on project risk management and formulate a plan for EMS project.In terms of a specific EMS development project,we conduct efficient recognition and classification of its risks.The recognized risks are then evaluated through a quantization process,which straightforwardly visualizes the impacts of the risks on the project.After the recognition and evaluation phases,scenarios dealing with the risks are designed.To be specific,in accordance to the categories of the risks,a macro scenario is first designed.Then,using the work breakdown structure(WBS),the detailed scenarios are respectively proposed.The scenarios contribute to implementation of a risk monitoring system for the project.At last,based on the research result the a risk monitoring system for the project is as followed: an outline of the risk early warning process is first designed,and then according to the different kind of risk of the project,we construct risk warning scheme homogonously confirming that the risks of the project are monitored,and that the scenarios are effective in reducing the negative impacts of the risks on the project.The dissertation based on the real project makes a research on the risk management of EMS and construct an efficient and scientific risk management system,which can be applied to the real work to make it more profit and less loss.
