With the increasing of energy consumption,onshore oil increment is slowing,CNOOC carries great social responsibility and need to continue to deepen reform,further improve the marine resources exploration and exploitation.It needs the employees efforts within the enterprise to achieve this goal How to improve the enthusiasm of employees,enhance the attraction of CNOOC Tianjin branch,becomes an important research topic.So the research on CNOOC Tianjin branch sea frontline employees incentive problems is very necessary and has the vital significance.It takes the sea frontline employees in CNOOC Tianjin branch as the research object,uses literature research and questionnaire survey research methods to research the frontline staff incentive problem.The main content of the thesis can be divided into seven parts: the first part is introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of incentive problems,and the existing research results of domestic oil industry incentive theory,then the introduction of the research content and research methods;Second part is the summary of relevant theories,including the definition of frontline employees;The third part is the overview of CNOOC and the condition of sea frontline employees incentive;The fourth part is the analysis of CNOOC Tianjin branch sea frontline employees incentive,using the questionnaire to do incentive analysis of CNOOC Tianjin branch frontline employees existing problems;The fifth part,through the questionnaire analysis of CNOOC Tianjin branch sea frontline employees incentive,optimization strategy are proposed;The sixth part,safeguard measures of CNOOC Tianjin branch frontline employees incentive are put up;The seventh is conclusion and prospect.Through research,the main the following conclusion are draw: CNOOC Tianjin branchline staff should set up the incentive schemes based on pay incentives,growth incentives environmental incentives,promotion incentives.In order to guarantee the implementation of the incentive scheme,CNOOC Tianjin branch needs to further strengthen the awareness of incentives,improve all kinds of security system,strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and attaches great importance to the human resources information management.
