Young bank employee generally refers to the employees under the age of 35 years old. At present, the young bank employee basically can be specified to the 80’s 90’s of the only child in one family as a new generation. Frontline staff refers to the staff members working in the bank management organizations or branches, i.e. the customer service counter staffs, the hall managers, the financial planners, the division client managers and the bank staffs who contact directly with customers. Statistics show that currently the ratio of the frontline young employees in the bank can reach around 80%, so it is of great significance to know how to motivate and manage these employees and make them full play of quality of initiative and mobility in their work.Taking the frontline young bank employees as the research object and following the basic idea as “raising questions, analyzing problems and solving problems”, this thesis focuses on the research on the incentive requirements for the frontline young bank employees. The thesis carries out the empirical research on the incentive requirements for the frontline young employees in the C bank and obtains the data from the staff colloquia and questionnaire. SPSS statistics software is used for the analysis of the data. All of the data and cases are used to analyze the incentive requirements of the frontline young bank employees and manage to design the method of incentive mechanism for the frontline young bank employees who would be a special group of staffs.
