Star hotel frontline staffs not only provide quality services, but also advertise the concept of the hotel. They directly involve in every key link of guest services. Only guests feel the services of the hotel is cost-effective, the enterprise can get considerable development and the staff are capable to gain progress. Our point is whether frontline employees can keep the good pace with customers and surprise customers by services, how to encourage staffs offering services to exceed expectations. As a result, motivating employees effectively is particularly important for hotel research.This paper selected and organized some international and domestic hotel frontline staff motivation research related books and literature. Interviewed part hotel employees. Understood psychological status of W hotel frontline staff. Teased out staff training management, salary, performance management, prominent question and invited experts and scholars to give some evaluation. Ultimately determined the frontline staff job satisfaction questionnaire. And passed questionnaire to employees of W hotel uniform, asked them to fill out and give it back to me.According to the current situation of W hotel human resources management status, I did analysis of effective questionnaire. Based on the analysis results, I made first-line employee incentive plan for W hotel, including how to get higher salary, incentive ideological construction, abundant training skills and scientific human resource match. Finally, made preliminary assessment of W hotel frontline staff incentive plan and pointed out some implementations of the guarantee measures.
