Research On Lean Production Project Management For DQ Company

In recent years,benefiting from the country’s policy,the manufacturing industries have developed promptly and many foreign-owned companies have also expanded than before.While the price for raw materials and labor cost have also increased a lot than before.So more and more companies focus on lean management to reduce cost.But the result for adopting lean management is not so good.Therefore,how can we use lean management to reach good result is one important project to study.The purpose of this article is to realize the following targets: firstly analyze and study the problem during applying lean management,and then combine the my own experienced cases to provide one whole plan for lean management application in each step.Finally,evaluate the different phrases of applying lean management.We will provide solution for applying the project management in lean management from three views: decision,organization and control.By doing this,we hope to reduce cost and make an excellent production team.While,the authors also thinks about the current problems for project management cases in order to provide some useful suggestions for project management.
