With the globalization of the market,all the manufacturing enterprises will face more fierce and unpredictable market competition,and the core of the competition is knowledge based new product competition.In order to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises must be to the fastest speed,the best listed the best quality,the lowest cost,the service and the cleanest environment to meet the needs of different customer requirements for new product demand and social sustainable development.Especially in recent years,with the strengthening of market competition,enterprise management is facing more severe challenges.The implementation of lean production in the company is the most urgent task in the enterprise production management.Based on this,this thesis studied the lean production management of M chemical enterprise,this paper first elaborates the research background and significance research status at home and abroad and,as for the current research topic of trends and have a clear understanding;and then analyzes the theoretical basis and characteristics of lean management of chemical enterprises,and points out that the application of lean production in chemical enterprises.Put forward a general concept and framework of lean production management,the hope can find what you want to implement the lean cost management system provides the basis for the demand analysis and the design scheme of the following;then analyzes the current situation of M company,put forward the process and method of M,the implementation of lean production management,using the qualitative and quantitative methods combining the integrated use of lean production theory and industrial engineering theories and methods,combined with the actual situation of the production line,from the value stream,work study,process analysis,line balance,production line layout and other aspects of the transformation of polyurethane production process is researched and discussed,from the organizational structure,site management,TPM 5S reduce waste management and discusses four aspects of measures to ensure the company lean production,to improve the scene effect are summarized and evaluated;Then,the paper systematically studies the lean production activities of M company's production line.Firstly,the current status of the production line is described with the value stream as the core.Put forward the improvement scheme,polyurethane production system of assembly line balance improvement scheme,on this basis,to complete the production line improvement,the following main achievements in this paper:to effectively reduce the assembly line operator,to eliminate the production of waste,reduce inventory,shorten the delivery cycle,not only improves the user satisfaction again,in order to reduce production cost.From the result of practice,it is proved that value flow chart is the core and comprehensive application of various lean production improvement tools is an effective and systematic improvement method.Improvement is eternal and endless.Businesses do not want standard work to change forever.It also requires constant participation and constant innovation.Only in this way can we find out the non economic,unreasonable and non value-added links and actions so as to make the work more comfortable,quick and low cost,and produce high quality products.Therefore,enterprises promote the use of PDCA cycle model to continuously improve the management of enterprises.To sum up,in this paper,based on the problem of demand analysis,we have made full use of various visualization software to improve the visualization of the article.
