As a result,there has been an upsurge in the construction of characteristic towns across the country.Local governments at all levels have taken the construction of characteristic towns as an important breakthrough in promoting new-type urbanization,and have successively introduced incubation programs to increase construction efforts and continue to achieve new results,especially in Zhejiang.Through continuous exploration,we have accumulated a lot of good experience,which has a positive demonstration significance for the construction of characteristic towns across the country.In August 2017,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development identified Mangchuan Town,Ruzhou City,as the second batch of national characteristic towns.Manchuan Town has a deep Ru porcelain culture and non-heritage culture.Relying on its heavy historical and cultural accumulation,it has created a characteristic town with a "cultural and tourism integration" development model,integrating culture,industry,agriculture,and tourism.The road of industrial agglomeration and sustainable development focuses on the development of characteristic towns and the promotion of new urbanization in the region.The construction process promoted the concentration of industries and industrial factors,promoted poverty alleviation results and increased farmers' income,accelerated the training of featured talents,and promoted the improvement of the ecological environment.However,there were also incomplete industrial planning,insufficient branding of cultural tourism resources,A series of problems such as inadequate service guarantees,inadequate institutional mechanisms,and low integration of production and city.This article starts with the construction of characteristic towns in Mangchuan Town,analyzes the reasons for these problems in the construction of the town,and puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to provide some reference opinions for the construction of characteristic towns in Mangchuan Town.
