Research On The Intelligent Upgrading Of Manufacturing Industry In Shandong Province Under "Internet+"

In 2017,Shandong Province is the large economic province,with a GDP of 7 trillion yuan,ranking third behind Guangdong Province and Jiangsu Province.Manufacturing plays an important role in Shandong's economic development.And it is the main force of economic development in Shandong Province.Since our country's economy entered the new normal,the development mode aiming at high speed has been unable to adapt to the development of manufacturing industry under the new normal state of economy.Intelligent upgrading has become a new requirement for the development of the manufacturing industry.The emergence of the "Internet+" provides an opportunity for the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry,which enables the manufacturing industry to realize the conversion of new and old kinetic energy as soon as possible,to achieve the goal of eliminating production capacity and reducing costs.Thus contributing to the structural reform on the supply side.Therefore,the Shandong Provincial Government seized the opportunity,kept pace with the times,responded positively to the "Internet+" policy,and put forward the "opinions on the implementation of deepening the Integration of Manufacturing Industry and the Internet" in Shandong Province,so as to promote the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Achieve economic quality and efficiency.Based on the previous research results,the current situation,problems and influencing factors of the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province are studied through the way of combining macro analysis and micro analysis,and the specific research ideas are from macro to micro,from theory to practice,and then from micro to macro,from practice to theory.Through analyzes the case of "Machine Replacement" in Zhejiang Province and Home Textile Intelligent Factory-Mengjie Home Textile,draws lessons from the experience.Therefore,the countermeasures and suggestions for the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province under the "Internet+" are put forward.In addition to the introduction,the contents of this study are summarized as follows:The first chapter is the related theories and literature review.This part firstly expounds the concepts and theories of intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry under the "Internet+",and then combs the domestic and foreign literature on intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry.It is believe that the upgrading of manufacturing intelligence under the "Internet+" is not a simple addition of the Internet and the manufacturing industry,but the use of information technologies such as the Mobile Internet,Big Data,Cloud Computing,the Internet of Things,can help intelligent manufacturing based on deep fusion of internet and manufacturing industry becomme ture.In the second chapter,the current situation and problems of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province are analyzed.Taking the three most representative manufacturing industries in Shandong Province-chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing,agricultural food processing industry and textile industry as the research objects,analyzes the problems existing in the intelligent upgrading of Shandong manufacturing industry under "Internet+".It is found that the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province under the "Internet" is faced with the following problems: The traditional manufacturing mode of production and the mode of organization is current;Lack of high-end human resources and complex talents;Low intelligence and utilization of manufacturing data resources;Low R&D investment,weak core technology foundation.These problems are urgent to solve in order to realize the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry under the "Internet+",and are also the focal points of the countermeasure research in this paper.Chapter three describes the influence of "Internet+" on the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province.This part studies the impact of "Internet+" on the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province from four aspects: Mobile Internet,Big Data,Cloud Computing and Internet of Things.Mobile Internet has changed the traditional mode of production,organization and market situation of manufacturing industry.Industrial Big Data has provided power for intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry from micro,meso and macro levels.Cloud Computing reduces investment costs and talent pressures for manufacturing enterprises,provides faster and more convenient services,and enhances the production efficiency.The Internet of Things can provide predictive maintenance and efficiency analysis of equipment,improve automation and safety control,create visual supply chain to improve the quality of manufacturing products.Therefore,in the process of intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province,making good use of the four elements which belongs "Internet+" will help to improve the intelligence level of manufacturing industry and realize the transformation from "manufacturing" to "intelligent building".Chapter 4th,case study.Through the research on the plan of "machine replacement" in Zhejiang province and the intelligent factory of home textile-Mengjie home textile,the experience is summarized and inspired.This part examines the successful cases of intelligent upgrading of domestic manufacturing industry,summarizes its experience and gets inspiration.The plan of "Machine Replacement" in Zhejiang Province shows that: The government and manufacturing enterprises change their ideas is the premise;The good policy environment and external environment created by the government for the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry are the guarantee;It is the key for manufacturing enterprises to seize the opportunity of "Internet+" and to innovate constantly;It is the motive force for colleges and universities to actively carry out the structural reform on the supply side of talents.Through the analysis of home textile intelligent factory-Mengjie home textile,we can draw the conclusion that attention should be paid to the role of intelligence in the production process,and to the application of big data in the production process.Using cloud platform to collect and deal with big data,pay attention to meet consumers' individualized demand,establish enterprise consumer interaction platform,adjust design and production according to consumer demand in time.Chapter 5th,the countermeasures and suggestions for the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province under "Internet+".This part combines the relevant theories with the experience of "Machine Replacement" program in Zhejiang Province and the intelligent factory of home textile-Mengjie home textile,according to the actual situation of Shandong Province,Under the premise of government and enterprise facing new contradiction and new problem "looking ahead" and finding a solution withinnovative thinking,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province under the "Internet+" : Further optimizing and improving the mode of production and organization;The government,enterprises,and universities should step up the introduction and training of talented people in a multi-pronged manner,to provide more high-end and composite talents for the development of manufacturing industry;To play the role of "Internet+" to promote Intelligent upgrading of Manufacturing Industry;To increase R&D investment to drive the intelligent upgrading of
