Research On The Amalgamation Of China Resources Bank Based On Strategic Perspective

The People's Republic of China's National Economic and Social Development Plan for the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan first proposed "to improve the economic efficiency of financial services entities." In February 2016,the People's Bank of China,the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other eight departments jointly issued the “Several Opinions on Financial Support for Industrial Stable Growth and Structural Increase of Benefits”.In March 2017,the People's Bank of China,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,the China Banking Regulatory Commission,the China Securities Regulatory Commission,the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and other five departments jointly issued the "Guidance on Financial Support for the Construction of Manufacturing Powers." A series of measures highlights the importance of the financial industry to serve the real economy and support industrial transformation and upgrading at the national strategic level.As an important component of the financial industry,the banking industry plays a decisive role in the development of the integration of production and financing.At present,the competition in the banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce.How to achieve a win-win situation for banks and enterprises through the combination of production and finance is a problem that we need to think about.As the "direct line" bank of China Resources Group,a diversified and ultra-large state-owned enterprise,Zhuhai China Resources Bank is in the forefront of our country's banking industry on the development path of production and integration.In this paper,Zhuhai China Resources Bank(hereinafter referred to as China Resources Bank)as the research object,and adopts case analysis method to analyze it.This article first introduces the background and significance of topics,and the related domestic and foreign banks with melting theory and literature review.Secondly,this article elaborates on the strategic deployment and status quo of China Resources Bank's integration of production and finance,and analyzes the strategic measures adopted by China Resources Bank to combine production with finance,as well as current business and financial status.Thirdly,this paper focuses on analyzing the current deficiencies in CRB's integration effects of production and financing strategy,and makes a comparatively comprehensive analysis of the real challenges and development opportunities faced by CRB in achieving strategic and long-term development.Afterwards,this paper analyzes domestic and foreign cases concerning the success of banking industry integration.Foreign and foreign sides respectively selected GE Capital(General Financial),Kunlun Bank and China Resources Bank for comparative analysis.Finally,on the basis of comparing and drawing on the case studies of GE Capital and Kunlun Bank,the author proposes specific suggestions on the aspects of product and service system with production and financing as the core from the perspective of innovative business and financial models and tactical aspects of strategic integration.The place on put together is narrated,in this paper,on the one hand,through the analysis of China Resources Bank with financial results and existing problems,and combined with the current actual situation to find better development strategic measures,so as to bank of China Resources in melt a part combined with the long-term development of the road;On the other hand,it is hoped that by analyzing the successful experience and deficiencies of the characteristics of China Resources Bank,this paper will provide some references for other commercial banks.
