Research On Optimization Of Production Process Of G Company Based On Task-Driven

In nowadays,with the economic globalization,rapidly expanding of IT and environment of competition,companies have to face the more and more severe challenge and pressure.Normally,Product and Service is produced and is provided by process.Process design and optimization is one of the important operation management functions in company.During the company operation management,how to design and optimize the process and how to use the effective process fulfill customer request and company revenue becomes a challenged project for company manager.The managers pay more and more attention on the management of process optimization.This Thesis set G company as an example,mainly use the tool of production and operation process theory,Lean theory,6 sigma theory,DMAIC theory and the optimal constraint theory.Analyse the current status and problem of company production and operation.Presenting the process optimization solution and appraising for the implementation effect.First of all,Summarize the current status for the research of process optimization;Current pattern of process optimization in factory;Introduce the mail content and structure of Thesis;Introduce the benefit of this research.Second,Summarize the detailed theory of production and operation management;six sigma management;lean production management;the optimal production constraint management.Thirdly,Introduce the basic information of AX CO.,LTD.Using the DMAIC tool to define the problem of G‘s production and operation management.Fourthly,Analysis the root cause for the problem of production and operation management and find some optimization solutions especially for demand planning process,integrated production planning process and supply chain management process.Appraise for the implementation effect of process optimization solution.Hope this thesis could bring valuable opinion for related company's production and operation process optimization,which could increase the production efficiency,strengthen the competitiveness,advance the production and operation process optimization.
