In the fierce market competition in the 21 st century,the competition among enterprises is mainly reflected in the competition of talents,and the consequent brain drain has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.Jinchuan Mining Engineering co.,LTD.,a subsidiary of Jinchuan Group co.,LTD.,is responsible for the construction and equipment maintenance of most of the mines of Jinchuan Group co.,LTD,which is a typical western resource-based state-owned enterprise.In recent years,due to the influence of national policies on production capacity reduction,needsupply side reform and supply and demand market,the company's brain drain problem has become serious year by year.Some of the company's technical personnel have already appeared age vacancy,and the continuous brain drain will seriously affect the company's sustainable development.Therefore,preventing the brain drain has become an inevitable problem for the company.Taking Jinchuan Mining Engineering co.,LTD as the research object,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation and the impact of the brain drain of Jinchuan Mining Engineering co.,LTD.Through the analysis of the employee interviews material,the research concludes the main reason for the employee's departure.Then,the research designs a questionnaire for on-the-job workers according to the current state of the Jinshan Mining Engineering co.,LTD.After collecting and analyzing the questionnaire data,the research concludes the main causes of the brain drain in Jinchuan Mining Engineering with analysis of regression,including the benefits,culture,regulations,professional development and the promotion,and analyzes the main causes.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are given for the reasons of brain drain in Jinchuan Mining Engineering Company,including creating attractive corporate culture,building humanized enterprise system,establishing a reasonable promotion system for employees' professional development,establishing an attractive salary welfare system,which shows incentive effect.Starting from the current situation of the brain drain in Jinchuan Mining Engineering Company,the paper conducts an analysis of the company's loss of talent,and finds out the main causes of the company's loss of talents.In the view of the company,a clear definition of main causes of brain drain and corresponding precautionary methods could provide guarantee for sustainable development of the company.
