Chinese mobile phone industry has been nearly 20 years in development and precipitation,Reachto the world's leading technology and manufacturing level.Domestic mobile phone market competition is intense,a lot of companies choose to expand overseas markets,to keep the business growth.India as the world's second most populous country,with good economic policy,cheap labor advantage,unique cultural background,and highly similar communication technology with the Chinese market environment,favored by Chinese companies.DO brand mobile phone is the brand of Shenzhen UtimeTechnology co.,LTD.,which promote in India market,fully into the Indian market in 2017.Given priority to with ODM and OEM accumulation of Shenzhen Utime technology co.,LTD.,of overseas businessnearly 10 years,it has a certain technical level and industry resources,laid a certain foundation of DO brand mobile phone promotion in Indian market.This paper on researchingmarketing strategy of DO the brand mobile phone in the Indian market as the purpose,basedon the current marketing faces a series of problems,such assimpleness of productvariety;lack of selling points;product price has no competitive advantage;marketing channel is too traditional;brand is less influenceetc.Using PESTLE macro environment analysis,EFE external environment evaluation matrix and internal environment of IFE matrix,SWOT analysis and five-force models of the Indian mobile phone market and DO the current marketing condition to make comprehensive analysis.Using conclusion through the analysis tool,combining with the theory of STP analysis as well as 4 p,4 c,4 r theory,developed 4 p + 4 c + 4 r combination of marketing strategy which is suitable to DO,and consider the staff,finance,resouce,risk control,data,five aspects,such as the guarantee measures to make the marketing strategy go smoothly.Research of this paper of DO brand mobile phone marketing strategy in India is a guide of Shenzhen UtimeTechnology Co.,Ltd and provides a certain reference value for Chinese companies which invest in India market.
