The diversified employment configuration under the Internet recruitment has brought enormous opportunities and challenges to the traditional decoration enterprises' human resources recruitment and allocation model.Decoration enterprises successful realize the transform who renews the idea and quickly seizes the opportunity,decoration enterprises encountered great challenges and faced difficulties who adheres to the traditional concepts.In this situation,how to make the traditional enterprise get rid of the predicament becomes a subject to be solved urgently.Therefore,this article has the important significance and value to "Research on Employee Allocation of Guangda Decoration Company Based on Internet ".This paper first discusses the traditional theory of human resources and the diversified allocation theory under Internet recruitment.Then it analyzes the current situation of the recruitment and configuration of Guangda decoration company,finds out the existing problems and summarizes the root cause of the problems:enterprises have been sticking to the traditional recruitment configuration mode in employment,which leads to the decline of performance.According to the current situation of enterprises,through theoretical analysis and case study,this paper puts forward a diversified employment strategy based on Internet recruitment.With a view to the development of traditional decoration enterprises to provide reference.Specifically: talent leasing,labor crowd sourcing,labor outsourcing,enterprise alliance,temporary employment strategy.And it analyzes and discusses combining these strategies with the actual situation of the enterprise.On this basis,the implementation of diversified employment strategy specific safeguards is worked out.This study shows that under the background of the Internet,traditional decoration enterprises should pursue the development based on the Internet technology platform and should implement the diversified employment mode under the Internet recruitment.The research in this paper is very important and positive for changing thetraditional decoration enterprises' inherent employment mode and promoting the development of traditional decoration enterprises.
