In today's economic globalization,the competition between the enterprises and growing with the development of Internet technology,enterprises simply rely on own strength competing with rivals already unable to meet the needs of rapid develo pment,therefore need to increase the overall strength of their supply chain to enhance competitiveness.In the supply chain management,VMI(Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI)because can effectively eliminate the demand amplification effect,reduce supply chain cost,and improve the overall strength of supply chain system advantage is widely attention and research.But,with the deep research in the theory of vendor managed inventory and application practice,its disadvantages have also been continuously enlarge,that is the logistics capability is insufficient to meet suppliers develop its the biggest advantage of VMI strategy,sometimes even counterproductive,loss their own interests.At this time,the Third Party Logistics(Third Party Logistics,the TPL)the introduction of the enterprise is imperative,VMI-TPL integrated Logistics capability of supply chain model effectively using the TPL advantages make up for the deficiency of the VMI,at the same time,can give full play to their strengths,to improve the level of performance in supply chain system has great role in promoting.Therefore,based on the analysis of the effective integration of vmi-tpl,this paper analyzes the supply chain cost control and solving algorithm in the integrated environment of vmi-tpl.Firstly,based on the theoretical research results and application cases of vmi-tpl integrated supply chain and inventory transport integration,the vmi-tpl integrated supply chain is analyzed and studied.From the generation and development of VMI to the system composition of VMI and the features and advantages of VMI,the theory of VMI is analyzed in detail.Furthermore,the driving factors and supporting factors of vmi-tpl integration are emphatically studied.Secondly,the study analyzed the inventory and transportation integration under the vmi-tpl mode.From the integration of inventory transportation to the connotation of inventory transportation integration and the internal motivation of inventory transportation integration,the connotatio n and theory of inventory transportation integration are elaborated in detail.This paper expounds the benefits of inventory transportation against effect and cooperation game relation,from VMI TPL mode integrated inventory transportation process diagram analysis of the integrated inventory transportation process,and analyses the integrated inventory transportation decisions at the core of the problem.Finally,in the research and analysis on the basis of economic effect in the process of supply chain operation model,constructed based on the "a supplier,a TPL and multiple retailers(1-1-n)" three-stage supply chain composed of VMI system-integrated inventory transportation optimization model of TPL mode.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various existing algorithms,the genetic algorithm is chosen to solve the algorithm,and the genetic algorithm is redesigned.The results are obtained by the calculation example and MATLAB,and the results are analyzed.The vmi-tpl model can effectively control the cost of supply chain.
