Under the background of the "new normal" economy,the transformation and upgrading,the improvement of quality and efficiency are the main tasks for enterprises.Every enterprise actively seeks ways to improve production efficiency,and employee incentive is one of the main measures.Most enterprises usually inadvertently give various awards(attendance award,total management system and year-end bonus etc.)on employee performance,but these incentives' incentive effect is very poor,what is more likely to produce some negative effects.These negative effects impede incentive measures to play the role of mobilizing employees' enthusiasm.Besides,domestic research on employee motivation is mainly focused on its positive effects,and there are few studies on its negative effects.Therefore,it has important practical and theoretical significance to explore the causes of the negative effects of incentives and how to reduce the negative effects of incentives.On the basis of combing the research results of incentive negative effects at home and abroad,this paper studies the incentive negative effect by effectively integrating process incentive theory.Selecting labor intensive enterprise employees as the research object,firstly defines the concept of incentive,the general staff,combing the relevant theory of incentive theory and system dynamics,then using questionnaire survey the negative effects of motivation in China's companies and drawing the feedback incentives process,summed up designing unreasonably reward dimension is the cause of incentive's negative effect,summed up the reducing mechanism of the effect of negative incentive.Taking R enterprise as an example,we first analyze its system factors and reward design elements,and draw a system causality diagram based on it.Then we build a system dynamics flow graph model from the perspective of reward design,and quantify the model.Finally,we use the simulation software(vensim)to simulate the R enterprise model,and compare the simulation results,and verify that the reasonable design of reward dimension can reduce the negative effect of incentive.The manager can select the best reward scheme according to the simulation results before implementing the reward.This is a small but beneficial supplement to the employee motivation theory,and it can also be more scientific to guide enterprises to make reasonable incentives.
