With the introduction of various innovative businesses,Chinese securities industry has entered a stage of rapid development.In 2010,the China Securities Regulatory Commission relaxed the conditions for setting up a securities business department.A large number of new business departments began to be established.With the rapid growth of employees and the intensification of market competition,the turnover rate of ordinary employees has risen dramatically.Excellent people entering the securities industry,not only ensures the steady development of various innovative businesses,but also promotes shareholder value.The overall quality of ordinary employees determines the future of the enterprise.However,the securities companies in our country have been established for a short time and lack a perfect governance mechanism.The securities companies generally use short-term incentive mechanisms to treat ordinary employees.As a result,ordinary employees pay more attention to short-term interests and hinder the long-term development of the enterprise.Therefore,the incentive mechanism of securities companies to ordinary employees has become the key factor to attract outstanding talents.The position,individual performance,company system and market situation all affect the income of the average employee of the securities company.This makes the income of the ordinary employee varies greatly every year,and the difference between the employees is huge as well,which makes the employees' emotions very unstable.The implementation of a scientific incentive mechanism can not only enhance the work enthusiasm of ordinary employees,but also improve their working efficiency.How to propose a more scientific and effective incentive system according to the management characteristics of the securities industry and the company's own situation has become the premise of the long-term development of the securities companies.This paper takes the ordinary employees of the business department of H Securities Jiangxi Branch as the research object,analyzes the current situation and problems of its incentive mechanism,and compares the incentive methods of domestic and foreign securities companies.According to the incentive theory learned and the actual situation of H Securities Company,this paper puts forward the design principle,train of thought and optimization scheme of the ordinary employee incentive mechanism,hoping to promote the present situation of human resource management of H Securities Jiangxi Branch.
