Y Enterprise Accounting Based On SaaS Model Research On Information Upgrading And Optimization

With the advent of the era of information economy,enterprise information has become an effective way to enhance competitiveness.Accounting information as the core of information,the degree of information is an important factor affecting the overall information of enterprises.In the process of accelerating the realization of the accounting information process of small and medium-sized enterprises,the SaaS model makes the enterprise can not buy software but leased the software based on Web,and does not need to maintain the rented software,because of the maturity of the application software and the development of the Internet technology.In order to satisfy the network conditions,we can enjoy the software and services at any time and anywhere,and make the small and medium-sized enterprises have the same advanced software service and hardware configuration as large enterprises at the same time to reduce the cost to the maximum extent.Choosing SaaS model of suitable enterprise is of great practical significance for fast realizing enterprise accounting information,reducing IT investment risk and realizing high return on investment.In this paper,the case analysis method is adopted to fully understand the current accounting information process of Y enterprises through field investigation and interview with enterprise personnel in Y enterprises.It is found that the accounting information construction level of Y enterprises is relatively low at the present stage.With the establishment of the development scale of Y enterprises,the integration degree of accounting information and the application degree of IT technology are not in keeping with the present stage.A series of problems such as the low degree of integration of accounting information,the formation of information island between the financial services,the lag of the construction of the information management information platform and the weak basis of the information base of the decision support have emerged between the company and the branch.The existing accounting information construction mode of Y enterprise and the SaaS model arecompared and analyzed.It is found that the cost of lT software and hardware can be effectively reduced by the service mode of SaaS,the software of enterprise management provided by the Internet and the computing power of l T,which can adapt to the needs of the different development stages of Y enterprises.In order to speed up the development process of accounting information and meet the development needs of Y enterprises at the present stage,this paper combines the current situation of Y enterprise accounting information construction to carry out the overall demand analysis,demand characteristics analysis and Application Analysis Based on SaaS model for Y enterprises.It is found that the implementation of SaaS based accounting information based on the existing information technology of Y enterprises needs to choose SaaS mode service providers.Therefore,this paper introduces the analysis method based on the uncertain language to solve the problem of Y enterprise's choice of SaaS mode service providers.Through the literature analysis,it is found that most of the literature is mainly from the perspective of quality of service to introduce the problem of choosing the suppliers,and few of them stand on the enterprise perspective to analyze how to choose the suppliers.In this paper,the author thinks that a variety of attributes are taken into consideration to establish the corresponding comprehensive evaluation index system to make the decision of supplier selection,so that the factors of the evaluation index system are more comprehensive.Through the collection of document data and network data,the service content provided by ten SaaS service providers is statistically analyzed,and 3 candidate suppliers are preliminarily selected by comparative analysis.According to the research of the supplier selection index system at home and abroad,according to the principle of the index design,the selection elements are analyzed from the point of view of the Y enterprise,and the quality of service,the reputation of supplier and the service cost of the SaaS supplier are the first level index,and the function perfection,integration,reliability,availability,availability,security,customer,popularity,use cost and implementation of the SaaS model are subdivided.The cost of ten indicators as two indicators set up the SaaS supplier selection index system.Based on uncertain language analysis,Y enterprises are faced with many suppliers and can also choose the appropriateSaaS mode services in a comprehensive and systematic way in combination with their own needs.This paper also analyzes the problems that may be encountered in the implementation process of Y enterprise based on SaaS mode accounting information,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from data security,internal management and network performance.In addition,this paper also analyzes the effect of Y enterprise accounting information upgrading under the SaaS model.The research shows that the application of SaaS model is of great significance to promote the development of Y enterprise informatization.
