The Application Of Cloud Accounting Based On SaaS Model In Small And Micro Enterprises

Today,with the vigorous development of information technology and various new technologies,it is almost the only way for enterprises to implement information construction if they want to grow and improve their competitiveness.As the most important part of enterprise informatization construction,the construction of accounting informatization has far-reaching impact on enterprises.The emergence of cloud computing and the evolution of new business models are affecting our daily life on a large scale,including the accounting industry.In order to develop the economy and increase employment,small and micro enterprises emerge as a corporate model vigorously supported by the government.However,there are many drawbacks in this mode,such as lack of funds,insufficient understanding of accounting informationization.and relative])backward construction of accounting informationization.Company B is a small and micro enterprise,which has not followed up the informationization construction before.As a result,the enterprise can not adapt to the accounting development under the new economic model.Accounting work is increasingly unable to buy the business development needs of group enterprises.In order to help small and micro enterprises to weaken these shortcomings,so that they can survive and develop in the fiercely competitive market,we need a more suitable accounting treatment model for the new economy.Cloud computing has brought a new service mode for the development of information technology.SaaS(Software as a service)mode makes the division of accounting information work clear and more professional.SaaS mode is used to virtualize resources,so that enterprises can focus more on their own business activities and get rid of the construction of accounting information.In this way,enterprises can achieve their own information construction by purchasing accounting information services from specialized institutions.This new model not only saves a lot of resources,but also helps enterprises realize resource sharing.The application of cloud accounting helps to accelerate the pace of enterprise accounting information construction,promote enterprise development and improve enterprise competitiveness.Company B's current accounting information construction is relatively backward and can not meet its own survival and development needs.The introduction of cloud accounting based on SaaS model effectively solves the existing problems,basically meets the needs of accounting information of B company,promotes the development of B company,and improves the competitiveness of enterprises.So this paper analyses the situation of B company and its demand for accounting information system,and describes the specific process of B company from the choice of service providers to the signing of contracts to the use of cloud accounting by B compam.Then it analyses the effect of using cloud accounting and the problems in the process of using cloud accounting.Finally,in view of the above-mentioned problems,we give a series of suggestions on cloud accounting application of small and micro enterprises from four aspects:optimizing cloud accounting products,improving the security of information in the cloud,strengthening the supervision of cloud accounting services and enterprises themselves.which is conducive to the promotion and development of cloud services and the supervision and management of cloud service providers and services provided by the government.
