Chinese economy has entered into a new stage that differs from the high-speed growth period in the past over 30 years,under which,the development of industrial enterprises is also confronting a lot of difficulties.Orders have decreased substantially,market competition is becoming fiercer,stock becomes excessive,labor cost is increasing,etc.An enterprise has to take a series of measures to increase its operation efficiency and profitability,including structure optimization,management enhancement,process perfection,etc.Organizational structure and business management process optimization is crucial to Dalian DH Company as a trade type enterprise in the traditional mechanical industry in respect of reducing the company's cost,increasing the work efficiency and controlling the enterprise's risks.This paper takes Dalian DH Company as the research object to straighten out and reengineer the enterprise's business process under a supply chain environment,and improve the internal operational environment of the enterprise through organizational reform.The purpose is to heighten the organization and operation efficiency,enhance the profitability and upgrade market competitiveness in such enterprise.By applying relevant theories and methods like organizational reform theories,organizational behavior,business process reengineering,supply chain management,etc.,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise's organizational structure and business process,and puts forward corresponding improvement proposal.Firstly,this paper introduces relevant research background,industrial status-quo,the enterprise's own development status quo and problems confronted,and comprehensively expounds relevant theories,such as organizational reform,business process reengineering,supply chain management,etc.Secondly,it analyzes the macro environment and status quo of the industrial market and the status quo of the suppliers of Dalian DH Company,analyzes and straightens out the internal strategies organizational structure and personnel composition of the company as well as its business process to find out the root problems restricting the company's development.And then,in order to increase the competitiveness and profit level of the enterprise,it puts forth an improvement proposal to solve the problems in such aspects as organizational structure,organization management and businessprocess,etc.from the perspective of systemization,refining,being quantifiable and practicality.That proposal starts from the supply chain management thought to solve problems,takes data quantification as a prerequisite to assess the performance and regards information system construction as the foundation to execute and implement the reform proposal.Finally,it raises the measures to secure the implementationof new proposal.The results from practical operation show that the new proposal has obtained a good effect.Practices shows that the reform proposal put forward in this paper has effectively heightened the organization andoperation efficiency of the enterprise,enhancedits profitability and market competiveness,which has very good guiding significance for the enterprise to make healthy and stable development under fierce competition.
