Comparative Analysis Of Technological Innovation Policies Between China And India

With the continuous development of society and the progress of science and technology,the competition between countries is more embodied in the comprehensive national strength.In order to gain a foothold in the international competition,improving the innovation ability becomes one of the important means.And mainly through science and technology innovation and system innovation to improve innovation ability mainly.China and India as members of the "BRIC",are important developing countries.In this paper,the research methods mainly include comparative analysis and empirical analysis.Comparative study on the technology innovation policy in both China and India,analysis content and emphasis of technology innovation policy in different historical periods and their effects.This article firstly introduces the background and significance of topic.Mainly starting from the innovation of the two countries,through the “global competitiveness report” and“global competitiveness index” to analyse China and India for three consecutive years of international innovation level.Then it mainly introduce technology innovation policy of China and India in accordance with the time development sequence.Firstly choose related technical innovation policy respectively between India and China,for the selected policy number.Choosing good sample,then China's technology innovation policy can be divided into three stages,and India's are mainly divided into two stages to analyze.Selecting representative of policy analysis,and then make comparative study.Then it mainly choose technology innovation policy samples between the two countries,selecting a specific time of the two countries,from the perspective of policy instruments are analyzed.Research between the two countries respectively,with the passage of time,their use of policy tools on trends,and research its shortcomings.Finaly it mainly summary on the above several chapters research,and coming to the conclusion.Through comparative study,the number of China's technology innovation policy and the development speed is better than that of India,at the same time,China's technology innovation policy tools and the choice of the number of using the use ratio of the three kinds of policy tools is better than that of India,which is one of the reasons why China's technology innovation level is higher than India.
