| The trend of global economic integration has formed,and the relationship between culture and economy is more closely.Corporate culture plays an important role in the development of enterprises.After more than 30 years of development,CGN group(hereinafter referred to as CGN)has gradually developed a large clean energy enterprise with multi-regional and multi-industry.Because there are differences in objective aspects such as region and business,there are differences in subjective aspects,such as the value orientation,management concept and management mode of shareholder partners.In addition,the rapid growth of the number of employees also affects the CGN culture.All of these factors have weakened the CGN corporate culture,and become one of the important factors restricting the development of CGN.It becomes one of the important factors of restricting the development of CGN.CGN has make the expectation of ‘one hundred-year-old,built to last’.How to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture of CGN,absorb and develop advanced culture adapted to the new situation,put forward new challenges to the current corporate culture construction.This article describes the basic theory of corporate culture,sorting out the emergence,development,basic meaning and structure of corporate culture.According to CGN,its cultural construction process,explore the cultural gene of CGN by Professor Schein’s‘common default hypothesis’,then according to the survey data,take the Denison optimized model for diagnosing of CGN corporate culture.The results show that CGN has formed a relatively clear core value system,clear business vision and strong sense of social responsibility,corporate culture construction has shown a good trend,but due to the rapid development of CGN and congenital,terms of teamwork,enterprise system,innovative consciousness,market orientation are relatively weak.In addition,the study found that CGN with more than 40 major members of the company has the unified core values,but lack of‘local conditions’ cultural characteristics.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy: first,improve the strategic coordination mechanism,strengthen internal coordination culture guidance;second,optimize the institutional and organizational structure;third,establish training mechanism and enhance the sense of innovation to match the talent;fourth,change management methods and ideas in order to adapt to the new market environment;fifth,construct a multi-type enterprise culture system,keep the cultural characteristics of each business segment.In addition,the articlegives two safeguards: leadership attention,optimization of the corporate culture management system.Hope the research of this paper provides the countermeasures for CGN corporate culture,strong guarantee for CGN steady development and some suggestions for the construction of corporate culture to other similar enterprises in China. |
