An enterprise can hardly develop without innovation among competitive modern enterprises.Facing with crisis,it will even survive hardly.And so it is in management.Enterprise enhances its management level and utilization efficiency in human resources through unceasing self-denial,self-transcendence and sublating constantly.Setting up the concept of human resource management and putting human resource management into the development strategy of the enterprise.It links with enterprise economy,establishes various forms of systematic incentive mechanism and pays attention to the spiritual motivation.Compensation is one of the important management modules in the management of human resource.Compensation is not only about the payment from managers to employees,but also the important factors which affects employees' working attitude,style and performance.The way employees getting compensation affects their working quality and the attention degree to the needs of customers,it will also affect their willingness to deal with difficulties encountered in their work.When they learn to grasp new skills,propose their initiative in innovation and improvement,it will affect their minds.It even influences the long-term relations of cooperation between employees and enterprises.How to achieve the target setting in requirement of enterprise which can also meet the needs of employees' development at the same time is the researching target in this paragraph.This paragraph analyses the existing problems and causes through analyzing the compensation system situation of the DTA incubation base.Using the literature researching method,the investigating researching method and the interview researching method to redesign the compensation system of DTA incubation base,proposing effective solutions and measures,making continuous optimization of the compensation system,attracting more high-level talents to join,encouraging talents to bring more benefits for the enterprise,speeding up the development of enterprises and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.As a consequence,the redesign compensation system of the DTA incubation base will incentive the initiative and creativity of employees which has an significant meaning.
