Study On Countermeasures Of Rural Land Management In Dalian

As a kind of non renewable resources,land has a very important and far-reaching significance in human production and life.With the acceleration of China’s industrialization process and the expansion of urban scale,the contradiction between more people and less land is more significant,and the problems in rural land management are more obvious.On the basis of the actual work of the author,this paper makes a survey on the current situation of rural land management in Dalian by conducting a questionnaire survey.Through the analysis of the results of the survey,to find out the outstanding problems of rural land management in Dalian.Through the analysis,it is found that how to protect the scarce cultivated land is a very urgent problem in the process of developing rural urbanization.How to transfer in the development of the rural collective land expropriation do? How to solve the problems,the contradiction between both sides of the land deal? How to do the homestead management,intensive use of land? The reality of the existence of the four land management problems throughout all aspects of rural land management,rural land management is the urgent need to solve the problem.This article from the protection of arable land,land transfer,land acquisition,land management of these four aspects,summarizes the reality of China’s rural land management,the new problems of rural land management in Dalian city as the research object,using the related theories of public management,aiming at the existing problems of land management,focus on strengthening the supervision of land and improve the assessment mechanism,strictly control land use,and puts forward some countermeasures for land law enforcement and other aspects,put forward suggestions on the current land management system,put forward more conducive to rural grassroots party dealing with specific problems,the countryside land management is more conducive to be accepted by the masses,improve and provide a theoretical basis for the future reality land management system.
