The Research On The Administrative System Of Functional Zones Of Dalian Jinpu New District

As a space category,the functional zone is a geospatial unit with specific function.As the important part of Dalian Jinpu New District,every functional zone should exert a great pole in the course of developing of area economy,due to its deficiencies in the administrative system at the present stage,the functional zones failed to promote the main engine role of Jinpu New District to fully play its regional development,or lead it achieve its leading role as the National New District.The fundamental state and the current situation of the functional zones has been carried out through field investigation and interview method.Through reviewing relevant documents,drawing on the development experience of relevant domestic and foreign functional zone,relating policies to promote the construction,this dissertation has summarized the problems of Dalian Jinpu New District existing in the administrative system,such as the status ambiguity of the administration committee,the functional absence and management philosophy lagging behind.For the above questions,through the study of borrowing advanced construction experience of Shanghai Pudong New District,Taiwan Xinzhu New District,Japan Zhubo New District,it would offer three proposals such as strengthen system construction,specific functions and establish efficient administrative system.Through the study of this dissertation,it would provide a meaningful reference in order to straighten out the administrative system for the other functional zones.
