Research The Function Of Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee Of Shaowu

After more than 30 years of development,China's economic development zone has gradually become the mainstay of our country's economic and social development.With China's economy entering the new normal,economic growth is changing from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth.The development zone management committee urgently seeks the function transformation,adapts the economic situation transformation.In this paper,the management committee of Shaowu Economic Development Zone is taken as the subject,and through,interviews and questionnaires,and the enterprises in the development zone are visited to picture the management system and operation mode of the management committee.By understanding the service demand of enterprises,the management status and problems of Shaowu Economic Development Zone are analyzed.At the same time,this paper compares the functions of the development zones at home and abroad,tries to take the new public service theory as the theoretical perspective,discusses the new situation of the new normal economy which puts forward the requirements for the functions of the management committee of the development zones.On this basis,it is pointed out that the functions of the management committee of Shaowu Economic Development Zone are faced with opportunities and challenges under the new situation.It is necessary to change the functions of the management committee of the development zone from the overall planning of the development zone,the positioning of the functions and responsibilities,and the transformation of the management system.In terms of supporting public services and investment of funds,the paper puts forward strategies and suggestions for the transformation of the functions of the development zones,hoping to promote a new round of system and service transformation of the management committee of the economic development zones,to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the development zones,and to promote the economic growth of the development zones in Shaowu City.
