The number of employees in the construction industry has increased year by year,but the quality of personnel is uneven.Human resource management and employee career development management are facing great challenges.Career development management of enterprise employees has been an important,difficult and hot topic in the study of enterprise human resources in recent years.At present,Chinese enterprises are in the stage of exploration and exploration,constantly learning from excellent counterparts at home and abroad,summarizing experience and lessons from practice,and forming professional development management work with enterprise characteristics.With Y enterprise as an example,this paper uses the theoretical model of employee career development management to optimize employee career development management starting from the key problems encountered in employee career development management.To solve the major human resource management problems faced by enterprise Y in a scientific and concrete way,so as to improve the human resource management level of the enterprise and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.First,this paper analyze the theories of human resource management and employee and construct the optimized model of employee career development management.Secondly,through the design enterprise internal satisfaction survey questionnaire and interview with high-level,professional survey questionnaire,empirical analysis on the current situation of employee career development management,sort out the main problems of enterprise employee career development management at present and the reasons.At present,the problems of career development management of employees in enterprise Y mainly focus on three aspects:(1)employee do not match organization,and the work efficiency is low.(2)the positioning of employees is not clear and there is no information feedback system.(3)the auxiliary measures of the employee's career development is imperfection.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures from three aspects: career matching management,specific planning management of career development and auxiliary management of career development.Through empirical analysis,the optimization strategy proposed in this study has been largely verified in practice,which proves the rationality and scientific nature of this strategy.
