With the development of market economy, the role of managers of more andmore attention, especially for high-tech enterprises, the competition has becomeoutstanding employees competitive. How to retain good employees, how to train theemployees of sustainable development, how to stimulate their potential, become atopic of concern of the times. In order to attract, retain and inspire employees,managers introduced Allocation with international standards, such as the introductionof market-based pay system, stock options, annual salary system, and so on, thesemethods does solve part of the problem of staff turnover. However, with thecompetition increasingly fierce, the people’s increasing pressure, has graduallyintensified the contradictions of career growth and personal growth. Therefore, tostaff career management is an important measure to solve these problems.The author literature search, theory and practice law and case analysis throughfield investigation and dig to the principles of management as the theoretical basis forthe study of A company, analysis of the status of the employees of the companycareer management for the shortcomings and problems of the status quo, new staffcareer management programs. First, the article provides an overview of the relevanttheories of career management, including organizational career and individual careermanagement, followed by analysis of the specific circumstances of the Company Acurrent career management, its shortcomings, and then, according to careermanagement guidelines and principles of Company A career planning program, andfinally discusses the assurance measures implemented by the Company A staff careermanagement program.Due to the limitations of the author’s knowledge and ability, the article is stillthere are many inadequacies, but this study A company’s employees careermanagement, its main contribution is to develop different types of industry careermanagement designed for other companies in the industry career management provideimportant reference.
