Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Large Data Application Service In Mianyang Intelligent Transportation

Pushing forward urbanization is a significant task for the development of our country,and urban transportation is not only a crucial factor related to city operation and economic development,but also a vital guarantee for the daily life of residents and sustainable development of the city.At present,with the rapid increase of the number of vehicles,most cities are facing the problem of severe traffic congestion in varying degrees,which brings inconvenience to people’s travel.Traditional measures like road widening and traffic control have great limitations,besides,they gradually can not meet the traffic demand.Traditional traffic management is exposed to more and more problems,and traffic congestion is a serious threat to urban economy.Thus it is urgent to solve traffic problems effectively.At present,our country is vigorously developing smart city,and intelligent transportation is its important part.However,there are still a lot of shortcomings in the field of intelligent transportation management.On the one hand,the local governments’ understanding of it is lagging behind.On the other hand,local authorities still lack abundant researches on relevant technologies and theories.By using big data analysis technology,we can scientifically and comprehensively analyze the problems existing in urban public transportation,find out the real bottleneck affecting urban traffic,and improve government’s traffic management.In addition,big data may assist cities in utilizing funds,reducing government administration costs.Thus,the government will has the ability to scientifically enhance road carrying capacity and cut investment in road construction.Although Mianyang has already started the construction of intelligent transportation and made certain achievements.However,from the data collected,the traffic congestion proble still exists in Mianyang,which has had an impact on public life.This reflects that there is still some room for the development of Mianyang intelligent transportation.In order to have a clearer understanding of the application of big data service in Mianyang’s intelligent transportation,this paper first collects and arranges the relevant materials of the intelligent transportation,and then forms the theoretical basis of this study.Then it summarizes the experience of intelligent transportation development in some countries and cities at home and abroad.On the basis of this,this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the application of big data inMianyang City by means of survey and research.Finally,In view of the application of big data in Mianyang’s intelligent traffic,some personal views are put forward.In particular,it is pointed out that big data is the key to solve traffic congestion in smart city.Futhermore,buildingoverall framework of intelligent transportation standard system,promoting the development and use of key technologies,breaking down information barriers and other strategies,which has reference value for other small and medium-sized cities to build intelligent transportation.
