Communication Management Is Discussed In Application For Science And Technology Project Management Of Ks Company

As is known to all of us,being labor-intensive enterprises the traditional enterprise has the weak technological strength,the dated concept of management and the rigid organization structure.The fact is often the case.Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,traditional enterprises should enhance their scientific and technological innovation capacity,in order to meet the new requirements under the new situation.In the socio-economic development,the issue that traditional enterprises respond effectively to changes the market and policy environment,placed in front of all managers.The dated management mode need to make a radical change from the understanding and being introduced the new management ideas.Scientific and technological innovation of traditional enterprises have not task motivation,enough attention from the managers and are lack of the incentives of investment and market.Scientific and technological innovation could change this situation and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,paid attention to solve this issue by all the managers.In this paper,the ideas that enterprise introduced the communication management system to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation by the analysis and research of enterprise science and technology innovation management system.In the production process,the effective communication of technical personnel could inspire the innovative ideas,which is an important source of scientific and technological innova tion projects.Favorable communication management would play an important role of improving the efficiency of communication,promoting the standard of project innovation,and sharing of new technologies.In view of the current situation of scientific and technological innovation management of Ks company,this paper starts from the management problem faced by Ks company,and draws the conclusion that Ks company is short of effective communication management.Combined with the principle of communication management,through the combination of theory and practical analysis,the means of communication management are introduced to scientific and technological innovation project management to build the communication management system by strengthening the communication system and improving the quality of staff.Specific measures include: the establishment of scientific and technological innovation management communication agencies,the detailed communication management responsibilities for all of hierarchical management,design and improvement of the communication network,improvement of communication skills for staff,creation of a good atmosphere of communication.This paper sets the communication goals and establishes the communication system for Ks Company.Being introduced index of communication management maturity could evaluate the communication management level.The design standard being in line with reality of Ks Company could evaluate the maturity level of the scientific and technological innovation communication management.Finally the author puts forward a reengineering model of scientific and technological innovation communication system for traditional enterprise.
