On Pattern Evolution And Driving Factors Of Healthy Urbanization In Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone

The Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone is an important platform to promote the rise of the central region and social development,and the healthy development of urbanization will be the key focus of promoting the development of the Huaihe River eco-economic zone.Therefore,the temporal and spatial evolution of the development of urbanization in the Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone was analyzed,and the influencing factors for the development of healthy urbanization were explored.Based on this,the countermeasures for optimizing the development of healthy urbanization were put forward.The development of the Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone and the rise of the central region were discussed.It is of great significance.On the basis of summarizing the research progress of urbanization both at home and abroad,this article constructs a comprehensive evaluation index of healthy urbanization from the six aspects of high quality development of population,sustained economic development,better life and better life,orderly development of space,priority environmental protection and coordinated development of urban and rural areas.The system uses quantitative entropy method to quantitatively analyze the spatial-temporal evolution of healthy urbanization in the Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone from 2005 to 2015;spatial autocorrelation analysis is used to reveal the spatial differentiation characteristics of healthy urbanization development;and a geographically weighted regression model is used to explore The main factors affecting the development of healthy urbanization have come to the following main conclusions:(1)At the level of development,the level of healthy urbanization in the Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone has generally risen year by year from 2005 to 2015,but the development of the subsystems has been unbalanced,mainly because the level of environmental priority protection and the quality of the population have improved significantly.,While the development level of spatial orderly development and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas have been relatively slow;(2)In terms of spatial structure,the overall pattern of healthy urbanization in the Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone from 2005 to 2015 presents a spatial distribution of the east and the west,and the overall differences show fluctuations.In addition,various subsystems are In the process of pattern evolution,different spatial distribution characteristics are also exhibited.The spatial autocorrelation analysis shows that,from a global perspective,the spatial agglomeration features are significant and further enhanced;from a local point of view,high-value areas gradually accumulate in the central and eastern regions of the economic belt,while low-value areas gradually evolve toward the central and western regions.The spatial polarization effect is further enhanced;(3)Influencing factors,the main degree of influencing factors of the healthy urbanization of the Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone is characterized by internal forces > market forces > administrative forces > external forces,and the spatial distribution of each influencing factor is inexhaustible the same;(4)Based on the problems existing in the development of the healthy urbanization of the Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone,the optimization strategies such as improving the quality of the population,deepening the reform of the economic system,improving the people's livelihood,focusing on planning ahead,protecting the ecological environment,and coordinating urban and rural coordination are proposed.
