Spatial Evolution Of Economic Network In Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of economic globalization and regional integration,the city has become the information and function node of different levels,and its main position has become increasingly prominent.With the continuous strengthening of the flow of resource elements,the economic ties between cities are deepening,in the process of regional economic growth,the urban spatial relationship is also evolving from single center to multi center,it shows the characteristics of interactive network in urban system.With the approval of Huaihe River eco-economic belt development plan,the development of Huaihe River eco-economic belt has become a national strategy.It is an inevitable choice to describe the basic forms of regional economic ties and the structural attributes of economic networks,and to explore and analyze the factors that affect the evolution of economic networks,so as to promote the integration and coordinated development of the Huaihe River eco-economic belt.Through the evaluation of the comprehensive strength of each city in the Huaihe River eco-economic belt and the calculation of the shortest travel time,this paper explores the overall economic situation and accessibility changes in the Huaihe River eco-economic belt in 2009-2018.Based on the economic ties among cities in the region,the spatial distribution pattern of the strength of economic ties is analyzed,through the analysis of social network,we can show the characteristics of economic network evolution.Combined with the corresponding status quo,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the formation and evolution of economic network,and uses regression analysis to test the influence degree of these factors.Then it puts forward some suggestions to optimize the network,which can provide an objective and scientific basis for the rapid development of Huaihe River eco-economic belt.First of all,the evaluation system of the city’s comprehensive strength is constructed from the aspects of economic development level,material construction level and residents’ service level.Based on the main modes of transportation between cities and the modes of travel that people may choose,two modes of transportation,highway and railway,are selected to measure the accessibility level.In terms of economic quality,the comprehensive strength of cities in the Huaihe River eco-economic belt has increased year by year in the past ten years.There are variouslevels of differences in the comprehensive strength within the economic belt,and the regional economic differences are also more obvious.In terms of traffic accessibility,the overall accessibility level in the region is improved,the traffic network density is gradually increased,and the change range is increasing year by year.The spatial pattern of the road network in the cities of the economic belt shows the phenomenon of high in the East and low in the west,and the accessibility coefficient in the central and western regions still has room for improvement.Secondly,the gravity model is modified by the evaluation system of urban comprehensive strength and traffic accessibility,and the values of economic ties among cities on four time sections are calculated.The distribution pattern of economic ties is drawn by combining ArcGIS software,by using SNA analysis and UCINET software,this paper analyzes the network density,centrality,core edge structure,agglomerating sub group and other characteristics of Huaihe River eco-economic belt,showing the characteristics of economic network evolution.The results show that in the past ten years,the changes of economic ties are more obvious,and the number of ties is increasing,the network structure tends to be complicated,and the ways of ties are increasing,also the spatial ties are increasing and there is a closer trend.The network intermediary cities and functional hub cities in the region are gradually forming.But generally speaking,the network density is still low,the network structure is relatively loose,and the economic activities are relatively sparse,and especially in the edge area which lacks superior geographical location and convenient traffic conditions,which is in a weak position in receiving radiation from other cities.Thirdly,the theoretical analysis and the current situation show that the distance between cities,the level of urbanization,the industrial structure,the difference of economic development potential,the diffusion and circulation of elements,and the intervention ability of the government all affect the formation and evolution of the economic network of the Huaihe River eco-economic belt,and through the QAP analysis and robustness test to verify the specific impact of the above factors on the economic network evolution of the economic belt.Finally,based on the problems existing in the economic network,on the basis of summing up the conclusions of the whole paper,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the integration and optimization of the economic network,such as strengthening the contact path within the economic belt,promoting the development of regional industry,strengthening the economic radiation of the core cities,establishing the coordination mechanism and strengthening the objective constraint,so as to promote the coordinated development of the Huaihe River eco-economic belt.
