Purchasing Management Research Of DQ Corporation

With the rapid development of information technology and new changes in enterprise competition since the 21 st century,the development of enterprises should not only attach importance to the relationship with downstream customers,but also to the contact,communication and synergy with upstream suppliers.Modern enterprise management is not only limited to the traditional internal management,but also has expanded to strengthen the external contacts.The modern enterprise competition is no longer the traditional individual enterprise's ‘single fight',but the whole supply and industrial chains' competition.How to optimize the enterprise procurement management tactic,expand the enterprise procurement strategy and improve the overall management efficiency of enterprise procurement,become the opportunities and challenges faced by enterprises.On the basis of the procurement management which is based on supply chain management,this paper gives an all-round analysis to DQ's procurement management,presenting a series of deficiencies from internal business management to external supply chain management.Based on the company's development practice,the paper puts forward the optimized and maneuverable measures,e.g.changing the procurement management mode,carrying out the management by subassembly;constructing the quality control system for procurement;reconstructing the business division;advancing the procurement strategy of "outsourcing and expansion" and guiding the company to change the production organization model of "big and all,small and all";improving the management information system to develop the vendor collaborative function;increasing suppliers' cultivation and expand the scope and depth of procurement business cooperation;implement the procurement model of "Annual bid" for strategic goods(i.e.strategic framework agreement).These strategies aim to improve procurement management efficiency,set up enterprise supply chain management thinking and enhance enterprise supply chain competitiveness.Taking DQ as the research and analysis object,this paper tries to provide a typical demonstration for traditional manufacturing enterprises to optimize procurement management.
