After 1990 s,there was a significant change in the aviation industry,high-tech breakthrough of new aircraft,new materials,new technology and control system,the application and integration represented by the information technology.The aircraft performance has been significantly improved,towards informational technology and intelligent direction.Aircraft R & D and production technology innovation requires the development of the aviation industry and the production management method for change.At the same time,the market demand for aircraft has become more diversified.How to make quick changes to reflect the market demand,with the fastest speed to meet the market becomes the key factor of successful aviation based on the global market.According to the application of agile manufacturing theory in aircraft design and manufacturing industry in China in the last century,the mid-90 s in Beijing held a special meeting,and made the agile manufacturing one of the main research contents of the national major project.Deputy chief engineer of China aviation industry group company,Chengdu Aircraft R & D Institute Yang Wei(2010)pointed out that in his study of “the aircraft in the development of lean design and agile management ",the design and independent research of aircraft need “agile management".Since then,the concept of agile management has been used to design a new generation of fighter aircraft,and has achieved great success.To build complete and efficient management information system is the precondition of agile management.After 40 years of development and efforts of several generations,CD Institute has been among the ranks of the world famous aircraft design institute.However,some problems have emerged: revenue but not many profits,the advantage of traditional human low cost is gradually weakened,the customer demand and product development disjoint,procurement costs are high,a lot of material resources are wasted.In order to solve these problems,CD Institute decided to implement the "agile management",to enhance the existing management information system,to create an agile management platform".The author works for CD Institute,and was fortunate enough to enter the CD Institute agile management platform for the general construction group,participated in the CD Institute agile management platform planning and implementation.This paper adopts empirical research method,using CD Institute as the research object,based on introducing the basic situation and development strategy of CD Institute on the necessity of the construction of agile management platform for analysis.It also analyzes the key factors of the success of CD Institute agile management platform construction,and points out that support agile management platform of agile management.The main contents of this paper include:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research.The second chapter is the summary and review of management information system based on literature theory,introduces the theory and development of management information system,agile manufacturing,agile management,relationship of management information system and agile manufacturing,agile management.The third chapter analyzes the application status of management information system on CD Institute,including the basic situation and development strategy,expounds the key role in the strategy of the management information system development in the implementation of CD Institute,analyzes the application status of the management information system of CD Institute,and the necessity of CD Institute agile management platform construction are analyzed.The fourth chapter is one of the key points of the paper,which gives a detailed analysis and elaboration of the planning and design of the agile management platform of CD Institute.The fifth chapter is another focus of this thesis,mainly on the CD Institute based on the organizational change and process reengineering of agile management platform are analyzed and discussed,including the IPT team organization reform,based on MBD management concept to improve the efficiency of R & D and production,business process transformation etc.the sixth chapter analyzes other key factors to the success of the CD Institute agile management platform construction.This paper studies the planning and implementation of agile management platform in CD Institute,analysis implementation strategies,improvement program and steps of CD Institute,sums up experience and make suggestions.It is of great practical significance to the construction of information management and information management system of CD,and also has a good reference for other research institutes in this industry.
