Research On The Key Influencing Factors Of Successful Agile Implementation

Every enterprise that has undergone agile development and transformation has gone through a difficult road,and some have succeeded,some have failed,and some are still faced with one kind or another of confusion on the road to transformation.The corporate culture of different companies and the regional culture of the location will have an impact on the team adopting agile development.As a typical representative of China's small and medium-sized Internet companies,Ebusbar Networks began to implement agile development in 2017.As the team proceeded,they solved the problems encountered during the implementation process.After the team's efforts,the implementation success was finally achieved.The implementation process can be described as a setback.The problems encountered during the implementation of Ebusbar Networks represent the problems that most agile development teams often encounter.If we can analyze the process of agile development and implementation of Ebusbar Networks through systematic research,the study finds some key influencing factors for the successful implementation of agile development,which has certain reference significance for companies that are preparing or undergoing agile transformation.The thesis adopts the method of case study.First,it introduces the relevant theories,research methods and research tools that need to be used.Next,it conducts a complete review of the entire implementation process of the introduction of agile development by Ebusbar Networks.An agile manifesto,agile principles and agile practices are used to analyze the agile implementation of Ebusbar Networks.In this paper,research methods and tools such as case analysis,literature reading,fishbone diagram,comparative analysis,and process analysis are used in depth to refine some key factors that ensure the success of agile development.
